He has been working on Enterprise Agile Transformation and Portfolio / Project Management. He provides consultancy on enterprise agile transformations and designing project portfolio management processes.

 

He is a PMI Authorized Trainer on Disciplined Agile (DAVSC, DAC, DASSM, DASM), PMP and SAFe trainer. He is working in Disciplined Agile Value Stream Consultant community of practice to improve DA in world.

 

He is the author of the books ‘’Project Management’', ''Organizational Agile Transformation in 5 Steps''
