Filling The Missing Piece: OKR + Actions

Abstract: OKR concept is widely used in many industries and helping organisations to focus on valuable work and to achieve key business results. However, there is a missing piece in the application of OKRs: Actions. Organisations define their OKRs in company or team level but the actions which lead them towards achieving key results are not visible or linked to the relevant OKRs. Adding Actions into the picture brings visibility and a better understanding about how our work is contributing to the business objectives.
